On Friday, June 9, 2023, the official presentation of Living Museum Madrid in Spain took place at the Fundación Telefónica Auditorium in Madrid.
The event began with a speech by Álvaro León, Fundación Telefónica volunteer, and a presentation by María Brancós, Head of Exhibitions and Telefónica Collection. This opening gave way to the presentation of the association and its long-term objectives by the Living Museum Madrid team.
The event was followed by a round table discussion with project collaborators Marta Lage de la Rosa, PhD in Fine Arts and professor at the Complutense University of Madrid, Marián López Fdz.Cao, Professor of Art Education at the Complutense University of Madrid, and Paula Álvarez, graphic designer at the University of Buenos Aires, teacher and illustrator.
The event ended with the presentation of the results of the IA, Art, Diversity and Mental Health project and a talk where five artists from Fundación Raíles shared their creative experience during the workshops.
The official presentation of Living Museum Madrid has been an important point in the consolidation of the association in Spain.
