The First Artistic Residencies of Living Museum Madrid ended with the group exhibition “El despliegue de la pausa” at the Centro de Cultura Contemporánea Condeduque. The exhibition of works was planned and mounted jointly by the collective of artists, the Living Museum Madrid team and Condeduque.
The title underlines the dynamics of the workshop, with its natural and stress-free pace for dialogues, shared coffees and moments of encounter and connection.
The inauguration took place on June 13, 2024 and was attended by the artists of Living Museum Madrid, who were able to show and share their works and processes. Among the audience were many family members and friends, as well as many other people interested in art and culture. The large multipurpose room that houses the residences was full to overflowing and some people showed interest in acquiring some of the works of art.
To close the exhibition, the continuity of the residencies for the year 2024/2025 was announced.
